What we are looking for
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a similar field
  • 0-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Passion for renewable energy and understanding of market dynamics
  • Strong theoretical and applied/practical work skills
  • Proficient in CFD software analysis
  • Experience with Python is a advantageous
  • Willingness to travel abroad for product and prototype installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Passionate about project management
  • Self-starting attitude, taking ownership of projects
Responsibilities
  • Research and analyse existing Thermal Energy Storage technologies for best practices
  • Collaborate on the design and development of our new Thermal Energy Storage prototype(s)
  • Set up and conduct experiments to validate your theoretical solutions
  • Prepare products for mass-production by considering manufacturability as well as technical, operational and financial aspects of the product and production process
  • Start the procurement process for your new proposed components by contacting suppliers and (co-)negotiating competitive deals
  • Conduct thermodynamic simulations and calculations to evaluate system performance
  • Preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
