What we are looking for
Education and experience:
- Minimum completion of an MBO/HBO degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial administration, preferably with the Exact Online “Trade” or “Project Management” module.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Experience with the use of financial software and systems.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and making forecasts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language in both speech and writing.
- Accurate processing of financial data, including invoicing and accounting tasks in Exact Online.
- Preparation and management of financial overviews and reports.
- Providing insights into project statuses and budgets.
- Collaborating with various teams to coordinate the financial aspects of projects.
- Actively contributing to and participating in the improvement of procurement and sales processes.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements within financial processes.
- Effective communication with internal teams to understand and translate financial goals and needs.
- Creating clear reports on the financial performance and progress of the company.
