The challenge of industrial heat and largest untapped cost driver in your factory? Heat!

The Food & Beverage industry consistently faces the same bottlenecks:

  • Dependence on fossil fuels for processes above 100 °C

  • CO₂ targets approaching faster than expected

  • Grid congestion, causing electrification or expansion to stall

  • Energy prices putting pressure on investment budgets

Suncom Energy offers a solution that addresses these challenges simultaneously.

Sustainable heat up to 475 °C Four building blocks, one system

Suncom Energy developed the SunFleet: a patented system that converts solar and wind energy into heat for industrial processes.

Depending on the configuration, the system delivers heat up to 475 °C and can be applied for:

    1. SunArc – Concentrated Solar Thermal (CST)

Parabolic mirrors concentrate sunlight onto a receiver, heating a heat-transfer fluid to 100–475 °C. Efficiency: 72% conversion of direct sunlight into usable heat.

    2. Power-to-Heat

Converts electricity from PV, wind and/or the grid into heat when heat from electricity is cheaper than from fossil sources.
Ideal for industrial sites with existing PV installations or limited grid capacity.

    3. SunTES – Thermal storage

Heat is stored in a natural mineral. A heat-transfer fluid charges and discharges the storage. Heat is available day and night, even during cloudy conditions.

    4. SunBoiler – Integration with existing systems

Direct connection to existing or new steam headers, process piping, or heat exchangers.
